Wine Season -- Elderberry Wine - Step Two

Today I removed the elderberries and strained them out of the wine using a strainer, placing all of the berries and seeds into a muslin towel.
 I let them drain for a while....
then poured all the liquid back into the bucket.  
 There ended up being just shy of 4 gallons, so I added some sterile water to bring it to exactly 4 gallons.  Took a little taste and added more sugar (it was quite tart!)
This will sit until Saturday, then I'll use a tube to transfer this into the big 5 gallon carboy. More updates to come!
