Good thing I have lots of time on my hands. Today I froze green peppers (we've been getting so many!) so that I will have them to use for the rest of the year. I'm still so impressed with how these plants are doing. There are four layers of pepper rings in this picture.
I'm also "sun" drying tomatoes and parsley in my dehydrator tonight. Can't wait to see how those turn out in the morning. I love sun dried tomatoes in dips and recipes. As of today, we've harvested 18# 0.3 oz. of tomatoes, and the big tomatoes haven't even really gotten started. It's a great year!
