We've have Mammoth Melting Sugar Snow Peas growing in the garden this year. I've grown several different types of snow peas in the past, and I always anticipate the first crunchy pea every spring....we just love them.
I may or may not have eaten this one right off the vine.....
Love snow peas, raw in a salad or lightly steamed as a veg or part of a stir-fry. You're making me hungry!
