First up....a totally SIMPLE cookie that takes a few minutes to whip up.
These flattened out a lot more than the picture on the website, but they came out great...chewy and very tasty! This recipe made 5 dozen and about 4 that didn't even make it to the baking sheet...uuhmmm...well, someone had to taste the batter!
Next, a cookie I know that John will love...anything with pecans in it is a hit with him.
This recipe made almost 5 dozen. Delicious!!
