Road Trip to see JR and Ashley

Off to California!  We got from Texas to New Mexico the first day, and stopped way to early in Lordsburg for the night.  Better to keep it short anyway to give John's knee a rest.

The next day, we road all the way to Castro Valley, California, a much longer day.

 This land is only for tough people....

The final push through California along the Foothills Freeway...

We arrived around 8:30 p.m. Pacific time.  JR and Ash looked great - it was so good to get out of that car!
