Cauliflower....

The purple cauliflower is not sure what season it is.  The plants are totally confused.  It's supposed to be colder in December, but this warm weather has it deciding to flower! Dang it!
I'm going to have to go ahead and pick this oldest head, it's just beginning to flower.  The other two that have heads on them are still fairly young, and one is white! ??

Isn't that a gorgeous color?!!

Was supposed to be purple....not sure why it's white.
