Lemon Scented Oil

Raining so beautifully outside today, so I'm working on a little project today -- trying to make some lemon essential oil, or lemon scented oil...whatever.  I packed lemon zest into a small jar and covered in grapeseed oil.  I'll turn this jar and shake it several times a day for the next few weeks.  I may have to replace the lemon peel once.  I've read several different methods of doing this, so I'll just do my own thing.  We'll see how it turns out.

 It took 6 lemons.
