Vegetarian Lentil & Black Bean Soup

Delicious and easy!  If you're following a traditional Lenten "no meat" Friday, I can recommend this recipe that I made for dinner tonight.  Easy peasy!
The only thing I did different from the recipe as it was written is that I soaked the lentils a few hours before I started making the soup.
Some crusty bread, and yummmmm!
