Well, they've sent out the first little shoots, both of them -- nature finds a way! Hopefully I can keep them here permanently, and I can dream of some day harvesting some of my own asparagus.

A is for Asparagus
My poor Jersey Supreme asparagus has been moved again. We redesigned part of the garden this year, and it had to go, so we dug up the two roots that were still there and just moved them into the small bed beside the greenhouse.
Well, they've sent out the first little shoots, both of them -- nature finds a way! Hopefully I can keep them here permanently, and I can dream of some day harvesting some of my own asparagus.
