WW progress for the week of August 12


I didn't do such a great job of planning meals this past week.  I meant to, but just got busy with other things and ended up throwing things together for our meals.  Despite that, I managed to lose another two pounds this week, grand total of 17 pounds so far!! I'm happy with my pace, and really haven't been hungry.  I really love the points system!

I bought some little "Aussie Bites" this past week from Costco that I've really been enjoying for breakfast.  They are only 3 points each, and full of whole grain and dried fruit.  I've been having one with some fruit and a yogurt for breakfast and I'm actually looking forward to breakfast!  Delicious!
