Garden Fail...
Well, not fail exactly, but disappointing for sure. Today we emptied the Yukon gold potato bucket since the plants had died back. Two pounds, 10.7 ounces. A measly 2#10.7ounces. Not what I would have hoped. It's probably enough for two meals.
Not sure what went wrong, although this bucket only got sun a few hours a day. and was mostly in the shade. That could have contributed, so next year I may try this again but move the bucket to a sunnier spot.
They're real pretty, anyway, aren't they!?

I don't think I would call this a fail. I mean, you still GREW potatoes. Something you'd never done before! So I think that's cool!
