Grumpy's Cedar Hand Soap is cut and is now curing. It turned out to be a beautiful sage color. I've shaved off the poor over-cooked cedar sprigs (won't do that again!) and tried the slivers out in the sink. Very oily to the touch and still slightly soft, hoping this will resolve when the bars harden and cure. It suds up great and I have read that this type of soap will harden even more than the lemon soap did, since there is olive oil in this one. The scent is wonderful..it's not an over-powering cedar smell, light and nice!
Another success! Next week....lavender!
