Today I started a batch of yogurt. I bought myself a yogurt maker, and this will be my second batch. I almost got it right on the first batch, not quite as firm as I like it, so hopefully this second try will work a little better. Its pretty simple, really. Heat milk, cool milk, stir in live cultures (any plain yogurt), fill the little bottles and put in tray, wait at least 7 hours.
After it cools in fridge, you can add flavorings or fruit, if you like. I usually just add that when I eat it. My favorite breakfast!
