Well, I guess I'd better fess up to the world about how my WW progress is going. I lost .50 pounds last Sunday, and yesterday I had gained back 1.50 pounds....but I know exactly what I did. And I did it on purpose...I ate out several meals that week and I completely stopped logging my meals. I do so much better when I'm responsible for what I eat, so its back to being perfect this week. I know this is a journey, and I'll be human for part of it (ha!) so for now, I'm planning to "Snap out of it!" and get back on program.
